Minority-Owned Business Loan Program (Miami Bayside Foundation)
Access to funds up to $150,000 and business education programs for minority-owned businesses.
When to apply:
No deadline, actively lending.
You should apply if you
Own and operate a women or minority-owned business located within Miami-Dade County.
Are a US Citizen or permanent resident.
Are a for-profit corporation, but not a sole proprietorship.
Can demonstrate that the loan will aid in the creation of new jobs and/or plan to use loan funds for working capital, cash flow, inventory, and/or equipment.
How to get started

Fill out the request form at the bottom of this page to access the application.

After completing this form, you will be contacted by a loan officer to guide you through the next steps.

The full application which includes a checklist of important documents can take up to an hour to complete.

Once completed, you can submit the loan application in person at 25 SE 2nd Avenue, Suite 240, Miami, FL 33131 or online by emailing info@miamibaysidefoundation.org.
