Immediately, this program is first come first served until funds run out.

You should apply if you

Resident of North Miami.

Have a lease and are behind on rent payments.

Have lost your job or experienced a reduction in income.

How to get started

Gather all of the documents they need from you.

Fill out the application and get the completed version notarized.

Email your completed application and all of the documents you gathered to housing@northmiamifl.gov or drop off at to following address:

City of North Miami, Housing & Social Services Department: 13753 NW 7 Avenue, North Miami, FL 33168.

Information you’ll need to provide

A way to show that you’ve lost income. This could be something like a letter from your job or bank statements.
Your contact information.
Proof of household income.

Helpful tips
