Get help if you are at risk of eviction, haven't received rental assistance, or lost a court hearing to legally stay in your home.

When to apply:

Immediately.

You should apply if you

Have received an eviction notice. 

Have been denied other forms of rental assistance.

Lost court hearings related to your eviction notice.

You will be contacted by a team member from SMASH for additional information.

Information you’ll need to provide

  • General contact information and address. 
  • Yes/No questions on the status of your eviction notice and relationship with your landlord.
