Temporary Cash Assistance for Families with Children
Low-income families with children can get financial help from the state’s cash assistance program.
When to apply:
No deadline, on-going program.
You should apply if you
Are a U.S. citizen or qualified noncitizen and live in the State of Florida.
Have a child or children under the age of 18 or under age 19 if they are full time students in a secondary school.
Family’s assets must be equal or less than $2,000.
