Information you’ll need to provide

This information will vary depending on the services requested. However:

  • If you've received an eviction complaint or notice, please have your court case number ready.
  • If you have an on-going Miami-Dade County rental assistance application, please have your application number ready.

Helpful tips

  • The Office of Housing Advocacy is a new division within Miami-Dade County's Community Action and Human Services Department.
  • You may experience longer wait times via the Housing Advocacy Hotline. If you have a time sensitive need, they can be reached via email at housingadvocacy@miamidade.gov.
  • The phone line is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, closed on County holidays.
