Information you’ll need to provide

  • Proof of income. 
  • Eviction notice or proof of risk of homelessness. 
  • W9 in order to pay the landlord.

Helpful tips

  • Families will be supported in finding landlords that have units available, however, they are also encouraged to look on their own. 
  • Catholic Charities will ask the landlord to sign a form so that information can be released to them so they can support in filling out the paperwork and completing the payments.
