Apply to receive access to free direct support services to assist you in your cancer treatment process.
When to apply:
No deadline, on-going program.
You should apply if you
Are a woman residing in Miami-Dade County and meet one of the following:
Are in active cancer treatment: infusion chemotherapy (except immunotherapy), radiation, or be within 2 weeks of surgery.
OR have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer.
