Have a minority-owned small business or nonprofit located in one of the Miami Open for Business target neighborhoods.
Have a plan to institute a shared, collective ownership model such as a community land trust, co-operative, etc.
Have been in operation for at least 2 years.
Are in good financial standing and can provide proof of proper business registration.
