Information you’ll need to provide

  • Payroll for all employees.
  • Current City of North Miami Business Tax Receipt.
  • Current City of North Miami Certificate of Use.
  • Letter of intent.

The City may ask for additional information about the business and/or business owner(s) in order to process the grant application.

Helpful tips

  • Priority is given to target industries. This includes Healthcare, Medical Technology, Research, Restaurants, Hotels, Professional Services, Fitness, Arts/Entertainment, Industrial, Manufacturing. 
  • Submit one application. More than one application submitted for the same business, business owner, family member, or partners will not be considered.
