Apply for a 4-month leadership program to learn business fundamentals and best practices if you are a business owner or executive.

When to apply:

Applications are currently closed and will reopen in March 2024.

You should apply if you

Are a CEO, president, business owner, or entrepreneur.

Have been operating for at least three years.

Have five or more employees.

How to get started

You will be notified by May 10, 2023 if you’ve been accepted into the program.

The orientation and opening reception will be held on July 24, 2023.

Information you’ll need to provide

  • Basic contact information such as your name, email address, phone number. 
  • Basic business information such as name, address, and year founded. 
  • Number of employees including full-time, part-time, and volunteers.
  • Gross revenue and profit/loss for 2022.
  • Narrative questions such as describe your role and the critical decisions in which you are involved and what are your most important business goals for the next five years.
