Eligibility

To apply, you must be: 

  • A US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.

To apply, your business must be: 

  • Minority-owned (minimum 51% minority owner).
  • Domiciled in Miami-Dade County (as stated on occupational license).
  • In existence for more than six months.
  • A for-profit business. No sole proprietorship or nonprofits.

Directions to apply:

1. Fill out the application entirely (one application per applicant).

2. Submit your financial statements for last year (balance sheet and profit & loss statement) by email to info@miamibaysidefoundation.org. If you are a new business, enclose financial statements for the last six months.

3. Optional: To provide a better understanding of your skills and qualifications, email your resume to info@miamibaysidefoundation.org.

4. Submit the application.
