$10,000 Grant Package for New or Existing eBay Sellers

Apply to receive a $10,000 cash grant, eBay coaching and more to advance your eBay business.

When to apply:

As soon as possible. Applications are due June 9, 2023.

You should apply if you

Are at least 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident.

Are a new eBay seller who joined between July 26, 2022 and April 26, 2023, or an established seller with a strong seller rating.

Have not received a grant from previous rounds of the eBay Up & Running Grants.

Information you’ll need to provide

  • eBay Seller ID (if you have one).
  • Personal information including your name, phone number, and email address. 
  • Business information including business name, EIN, and social media handles (if any). ​​
  • A brief description of your business, including the products and/or services you offer. 
  • Details about your eBay seller history.
  • A few narrative questions such as why did you start selling on eBay, how would you use the $10,000 grant to establish or accelerate your business, and what is the one achievement you are most proud of or has made the greatest impact.

Helpful tips

  • This program will award 50 grantees. Announcements will be made about who is selected in late September.
  • This year, eBay is expanding its grant with an additional stipend worth up to $500 to use towards eBay Refurbished office equipment, technology and tools to keep your small businesses up and running.
