$60,000 Contest for Small Business Owners

Share your small business story for a chance to win up to $60,000.

When to apply:

As soon as possible. Applications are due February 28, 2023.

You should apply if you

Are a U.S. resident and 18 years or older.

Own a business that has been established since January 10, 2022, and is currently open and fully operational.

Have 100 employees or less.

Have a valid employer identification number (EIN) or taxpayer identification number (TIN).

Information you’ll need to provide

  • Your first and last name.
  • Basic details about your business including your business name, business start date, industry, and address. 
  • A photo of yourself or your business to go with your story.
  • A description of your small business and how it’s making your dream a reality, what motivates you, and how you make it happen every day.

Helpful tips

This program will award a variety of grant prizes. 

  • First Place: $60,000
  • Second Place: $40,000
  • Third Place: $20,000 

In addition to the contest prizes listed above, there will be seven (7) runner-up prizes at $5,000 each and fifty (50) sweepstakes prizes at $2,000 each.
