Are facing discrimination in regards to your housing situation. Click here to learn about what housing discrimination actions are illegal.

Reside in Miami-Dade or Broward County.

Want to learn more about the rights you have as a renter, tenant, or homeowner.

How to get started

Call (305) 651-4673 for Miami-Dade or (954) 567-0545 for Broward services.

You will be connected with an Intake Coordinator who will ask you for information and document your case.

Once reviewed, you will be connected to the specific resources needed for your situation.

Information you’ll need to provide

  • General contact information, addressing, housing situation, etc. 
  • Your Intake Coordinator will ask you to provide information about the details of the discrimination you’ve experienced.

Helpful tips

  • If you live outside of Miami-Dade or Broward County you can still reach out to the team at HOPE and they will refer you to partner organizations.
