Have a small business or nonprofit in Miami-Dade County with less than $1 Million in revenue or annual budget.
Owned or led by a person who is one or more of the following: Black, Disabled, Hispanic/Latino, LGBTQ+, Middle Eastern/North African, Military veteran, Native or Indigenous, or Refugee.
Have been in operation for at least 2 years.
Are in good financial standing and can provide proof of proper business registration.
